REFERRAL DIVES OPEN WATER
Certification Dives in Florida. You complete the Academic and Confined water portions of the PADI Open Water Course in your area. Complete your open water dives in sunny Florida. A referral form from your instructor or dive center is required. Instructor fees are $125.00 per day.
